US ORDERS:
Once you place your order, it will be processed within 5 to10 business days after your order confirmation is received. This time may be extended during Holiday seasons or during times of high order volumes such as seasonal sales. Maximum delivery time will be 2-3 weeks after purchase. Please understand we are a small team but we work hard to reduce shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL:

There may be sometimes unforeseeably an additional fee, tax or duty that will have to be paid in order to release the package to you, we are not responsible for these costs. ChakraVa will not refund an order that has been returned to sender because the customer does not pay the VAT or additional fees. ChakraVa will also not refund or resend a package that is returned to sender because it is unclaimed. You will have to pay additional shipping costs to have a replacement item sent out to you. ITEM SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT:
Unfortunately sometimes issues like this will arise. We suggest contacting your local post office so they can contact the carrier on your route to confirm delivery. ChakraVa will not be responsible to refund purchase price or resend orders whose tracking shows the package was delivered. You can file a claim with the USPS

SHIPPING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS:
Chakrava uses the shipping address that you provide for us when creating the shipping label, if you need to change the shipping address please contact us within 24 hours to provide an updated address. Chakrava will not refund purchases that are returned to us due to an incorrect address and you will have to pay for additional shipping to reship a new order to you once we receive the original order.
