Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products being personal hygiene products we can not offer any exchanges or returns. If you feel you have received a product that is defective please send us an email to with a photo of the product along with a description of the problem within 3 days of delivery.


From the time you place your order if you need to cancel your order or make a change to the shipping address you have 24 hours to complete this (if your order has not already been processed), after 24 hours or if your order has already been processed for payment and shipment, your order not be canceled or changed. Chakrava will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, we will use the address you provide us during checkout, if there is an error in this address Chakrava will not be liable to refund or replace the product, additional products can be purchased at the buyers expense.

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds. Chakrava will not be responsible or refund purchase price for items lost in the mail or when tracking shows that the package has been delivered to address. We will be more than happy to send you a promo code for 50% off to repurchase your item. 

Chakrava uses the shipping address that you provide for us when creating the shipping label, if you need to change the shipping address please contact us within 24 hours to provide an updated address. Chakrava will not refund purchases that are returned to us due to an incorrect address and you will have to pay for additional shipping to reship a new order to you once we receive the original order.
